Maple Glazed Turkey Breast

1 package (6oz.) flavored long grain and wild rice mix

1 1/4C water

1 lb. Boneless turkey breast

1/4C maple syrup

1/2C chopped walnuts or pecans

Mix rice mixture and water together, put in slow cooker.

Place turkey on top of rice and drizzle with the maple syrup, sprinkle with nuts.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

Serves 4
