Warm Green Bean Salad

4C frozen French cut green beans
1/2C oil
1/4C red wine vinegar
1/2teas. minced garlic
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Cook beans and drain, combined oil, vinegar and garlic, toss.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top and serve.

Feta & Sun-Dried Tomato stuffed Celery

(Kim Cooking With The Seasons)

1 8oz. cream cheese softened
4oz of crumbled feta cheese
2TBS. chopped sun-dried tomatoes

Mix all ingredients and stuff celery, refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Note: Can be used as a spread on crackers or dip for veggies
