Cranberry Apple Sauce
2 cups fresh cranberries
2 cups apples cored peeled and sliced
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup water
Combine cranberries, apple slices water and sugar. Cover and cook over medium heat in pan
about 20 minutes until fruit is tender. Cool slightly strain and beat with wire whip until
fluffy and light. Chill for at least an hour. Make about 3 cups.
